    This update contains the following changes :
    - Exchange Delay to 5 Sec
    - Opened Trace in Job
    - All Builds Are Balance Atm (CH - Eu)
    - Ctf Rewards 1 Arena Per Kill 15 For Winner team
    - BA Reward 30 Arena For Winner 10 For Loser
    - Disabled AutoAttack in Jupiter Temple
    - Disabled Sleep Skill in ( Warlock )
    - Disabled Res In CTF And Arena
    - Disabled Drop item in pk
    - Increased Egy Shield Drop Rate from 2% to 8%
    - Increased 2 Debuff time to 12-15 sec( Warlock )
    - Increased Monster 20-100 little bit
    - Increased Drop Haroeris/Seth to 15 gold coin 15 silver coin

    - Increased The Rate of immortal & Astral Drop From normal uniques ( to give
    the chance to the new commers to upgrade thier gears).

    - Increased Immortals drop from Special uniques to 1-3 stones each
    - Increased the success possibility of attribute stones
    - Str Uniques Drop Immortal / Astral ( Less Rate )
    - Str Uniques 1 - 2 gold / silver coins
    - Titan Uniques Drop Immortal / Astral ( Less Rate )
    - Reduce Astral Price Changed To 65 Silks
    - Reduce arabian uniques Spawn time to 4 hours.
    - Reduce Special uniques Spawn time to 4 hours.
    - Avatar "Ghost Captain Dress 2013" Look Fixed
    - Avatar "Skeleton" Effect Fixed
    - Avatar "Angel Power" Wing / Effect Fixed
